The North Carolina State University Design Leaders Council kicked off their innagural Mentorship program this fall. The program was spearheaded by the Leaders Council DEI committee and serves to connect student career aspriations with design professionals working in their chosen field. HRDD’s Heather Rowell, a BEDA graduate of the College of Design and Leaders Council Member, is proud to serve as a Mentor this year.
